Our stay at this hotel was a luxurious experience that exceeded our expectations. The exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre and outdoor heated swimming pool, were absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed a relaxing massage and foot massage in the Spa lounge, while the sun terrace with its sun loungers and garden area provided a beautiful and peaceful space for us to unwind and take in the city views. The room advantages here were outstanding, with a spacious and beautifully decorated room and private facilities that added to the overall luxurious feel of our stay. We also appreciated the special diet menus provided by the restaurant, which catered to our dietary needs and ensured a delicious meal every time.
While the service provided by the staff was exceptional, we did encounter a minor issue with the noise level in our room. The leisure/TV room adjacent to our room was quite loud, and we could hear noise and voices from there throughout the day and into the evening.

Great room with excellent amenities and comfortable bed. Friendly staff who were always ready to help. Ideal location, walking distance from tourist spots.
Limited food options and expensive prices. Noise from the street can be heard in the room at times.

I had an unforgettable stay at a hotel in a beautiful 500-year-old monastery in this city. Its central location made it easy to reach many nearby sights. The hotel facilities were impressive, including the cleanliness. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay.
Can honestly say there was nothing not to like.

Celebrated New Year in a hotel in Cusco. Got daily breakfast and nice drinks. Staff was friendly and provided good service. Great location near the Plaza. Beautiful and historic building. Rich and lovely decoration created a special atmosphere.
The hotel was too expensive for the services provided. Not many activities available during New Year's Eve.

Located right next to another Belmond hotel on a lively square where locals hang around, this hotel is in the best area of the city. We enjoyed short walks to the main square to take in more of Cusco's beautiful sights. The spacious, well-designed guest rooms have huge, thoughtfully designed bathrooms, and provide free mini bar. the service offered by the staff was impeccable, and the breakfast was very nice with omelettes to order.
The spa may not be as amazing as some of the other high-end hotels in the area.
